The chasing should be like this, but celebration is odd. Remember, Cricket is a game of gentlemen.

Yes, Bangladesh won the match and will play with India on the final. It's undoubtedly a big achievement for Bangladesh in the T20 platform. 12 runs out of 6 balls at 7 wickets was a really hard moment for Bangladesh. Then chaos on the field added extra pressure to all supporters.
At the end of the day, THE CHASING IS EXTRAORDINARY... All cricket-loving people got astonished. Even I still remember the face of Lee at the commentator box. So, I wish Bangladesh will win in the final.
Nagin Dance Celebration after winning the match Image Source: Google |
The celebration is odd. After winning the celebration is popular and funny in Caribbean cricket. Most of the time they did some dance moves from their culture. But in Asian cricket, after winning celebration is the symbol of REVENGE. Now in international cricket, NAGIN DANCE is so popular. From, 2016 BPL it started from Bangladesh. Then this dance move is now a symbol of REVENGE. Bangladesh and Srilanka used this move back to back in some matches. This type of thing also happened before from other Asian countries as well. A field is a platform to show our manners. We have to be respectful to other/other nations/people/cultures etc. Let them do whatever they want, but we should respectful to others. That is the actual manner. We supporters also support the odd moves in social media. I think this is completely the wrong approach.

Cricket is a game of gentlemen. At least cricket is far better than football because chaos is common in football and almost absent in cricket. I salute Sakib that he complained against the decision of umpire in-game, but give up the decision was too wrong. If we left the game than what will happen then...!! Almost 2.5 minutes of chaos was in the field. All were blaming each other. Ok, these things happened before in history. The concern is we also believe that Cricket is a game of gentlemen. So, the gentlemen never get odd and hyper in the field. The odd celebrations destroy respect for others. Maybe Sakib will disqualify for the next match, and the chance is very high. Whatever happens, we should remain calm and quiet and hopeful.
The sky is the limit, we always know and I hope that one day Bangladesh will chase that limit in Cricket. I think everyone should be hopeful like that. Maybe this write up disappoints some people, but think different.
